It listens with you
As they speak, Meemori quietly suggests what to ask next — from what was just said, not from a list.
Life stories, recorded together
Meemori helps you sit down together, ask them properly, and keep every word — in their own voice.
Recording is always free · Takes two minutes to set up

How Meemori works

A few words is enough. Meemori writes the questions for you — or you write your own.

Your questions are there when you need them. Take your time, and follow the stories wherever they go.

Recording is optional — you can just use the questions. If you do record, the recording stays saved and Meemori writes down what was said so you can read it back.
What it does
You do the asking. Meemori keeps the questions close, listens along, and remembers all of it.
As they speak, Meemori quietly suggests what to ask next — from what was just said, not from a list.
A written copy of the whole conversation with each speaker marked, to read back and to share.
Some people open up more without a camera pointed at them. You choose for each conversation.
Tell Meemori which language they speak. It listens, writes and suggests questions in that language, and you can pick from fourteen.
Stories run long. Pause, stop for the day, and carry on from the same question next time.
The ready-made conversations need no connection at all. Read the questions, press record.
Ready-made conversations
Eight conversations are ready to go — eight questions each, about twenty minutes. They begin with the easy things and go deeper from there.

Privacy
These recordings are personal and often precious. Here is exactly what happens to them.
Recordings and transcripts are stored on your phone, not on our servers.
To write things down and suggest questions, audio and text are sent to OpenAI, processed and returned. We keep no copy, and it is not used to train their models.
No name, email or phone number is asked for. We show no advertising and never sell your data.
Turn the AI features off for a conversation and nothing leaves your phone for it.
One thing we ask: tell the person you are recording, and get their agreement before you start.

Credits pay for Meemori’s help: writing the questions, listening for follow-ups, and writing every word down.
Where it comes from
Three of us from different generations — David Gregus, Raphael Rodan and Ogen Rodan — started interviewing each other about our lives. Some of it was funny, some of it was hard to hear, and all of it was worth keeping.
Meemori is how we help other families do the same.
Questions
No. One phone on the table between you is enough. They just talk.
No. Every conversation can be voice only or voice with video, and you choose each time.
Recording does, and so do the eight ready-made conversations. Meemori’s help — writing questions, suggesting follow-ups, the written transcript — needs a connection.
Conversations can be in English, Slovak, Czech, German, Polish, Hungarian, Ukrainian, Russian, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch or Hebrew. The app’s own screens are in English.
On your phone. You can share a recording and its transcript from the app, and export everything from Settings.
Recording and keeping your memories is always free. Meemori’s help runs on credits: you get some to start, can buy more in the app, and they never expire. There is no subscription.
Meemori is on Google Play and the App Store. The new version shown on this page arrives on Android first, with iPhone to follow.
Takes two minutes to set up. The first question is the hardest part, and Meemori writes it for you.
